"I learned a lot in the 3 weeks of classes. This course covers all the aspects of floral design, the basic arrangement styles, flower types and their care, how to approach a customer,
whether it be a bride to be, a grieving family or just someone looking to brighten
someone's day. I highly recommend this program for people wanting to get into this field.
Although most flower shops will train you, having more of a formal training I was able to tell my
perspective employer "this is what I can do", and not have to ask "how do I do this".
I've worked for a shop in York PA for about a year and a half."

"I found the class in a flash and finished in a flash. I have never had three weeks of my life go by so quickly. I have to honestly say they are three weeks in my life I shall NEVER forget, and have greatly changed my life. I have been in the business for some time yet I was taught lessons that I shall carry with me forever. I was deeply saddened to have to leave. The instructors gave a lot of encouragement and just enough push to make it a rewarding experience I shall cherish. I almost feel as if I left my family when it was over. To anyone that is contemplating the class, I highly recommend the David-Curtis School of Floral Design. If you have been in the business and think there is nothing left to learn... think again. If you are a beginner or have years in the floral industry I personally feel that you will finish the class knowing it was time well spent and the confidence you leave with is priceless."

"I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in
perusing a career in the floral industry. The course will help you to become a more well-rounded floral professional in keeping with the high standards most customers come to expect from their florists. If you are interested in opening your own retail florist, the business portion of this course is a must!"
